$25 Minimum Purchase Required

Due to credit card processing fees and because we do not do flat-rate shipping (see below) there is a $25 minimum purchase required to ship items.

Flat-Rate Shipping - Why We Don't Do This

Here at Bucks County Folk Music Shop each package's shipping charges are individually calculated for our customers.  Flat rate shipping can actually cost our customers more and we feel that is unfair and is not how we do business.  Therefore, please Contact Us if you would like us to ship your item/s and we will provide you with your shipping charges.

5 Day Trial on Shipped Instruments

We offer a 5-Day trial period for any instrument we ship where the customer was not able to audition it in person at our store. We give customers 5 days from the date they receive the instrument to try it out to be sure they wish to keep it.  During the 5 day trial should they decide the instrument isn't for them, they may return it to us in the same condition it arrived for a full refund, less all shipping, handling, and full-coverage insurance charges.

Shipping Information:

We ship anywhere within the USA, usually UPS or United States Postal Service, depending upon the size of the package and the shipping costs.
